In addition to providing you with access to some of the best sake professionals in the business, Satomi and Oliver, we are pleased to also offer the benefit of an absolutely beautiful venue to host our sake courses.

We have chosen, with much care and consideration, to partner with award-winning Chinese restaurant, Hakkasan. With a Michelin star among its credentials, Hakkasan also boasts a further two restaurants in London and a total of eleven across the globe.

We know that the right venue is important. After all, it can enhance your learning experience and will allow you to fully immerse yourself in our world of sake.

We are therefore delighted to be running our International Kikisake-shi courses with Hakkasan Group, which we have been collaborating with since 2016.
