Our Kikisake-shi winter course is coming up in this spring!
During this 3 days course, we will be studying so much about sake using latest SSI text book and study materials. We are trying to provide fun and unique hands on lessons to guide you through the world of sake.
Please join us to our new Kikisake-shi course 2025 to become a sake specialist!

We will be sending you all the study materials in advance. We would advise you to read through textbook before course starts.

*Please note, course requires minimum 10 people maximum 15 people.

WEDNESDAY 23rd APRIL 10:00-17:00
THURSDAY 24th APRIL 10:00-17:00
FRIDAY 25th APRIL 10:00-17:00

Exam will be held on 9th May from 10am-1:30pm
