Our Kikisake-shi summer course is coming up in June!
During this 3 days course, we will be studying so much about sake using latest SSI text book and study materials. We are trying to provide fun and unique hands on lessons to guide you through the world of sake.
Please join us to our new Kikisake-shi course 2024 to become a sake specialist!

We will be sending you all the study materials in advance. We would advise you to read through textbook before course starts. Please note, course require minimum 10 people maximum 15 people.

Monday 24th JUNE 10:00-17:00
Tuesday 25th JUNE 10:00-17:00
Wednesday 26th JUNE 10:00-17:00

Exam will be held on Monday 8th JULY 10:00-13:30
